Website and Services

Extra Circle helps businesses improve their systems, follow-up processes, automation, and reporting. Website information describes our services in general. Specific service scope, pricing, payment terms, and cancellation terms are established in a separate service agreement. Booking a consultation does not obligate you to purchase.

Extra Circle LLC SMS Program

If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Extra Circle LLC about consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to your inquiries, and service-related updates, consistent with the consent you provide.

If you separately consent to marketing texts, you may also receive promotional messages about Extra Circle services and offers. Marketing consent is separate from consent to non-marketing messages.

Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing texts. We send messages according to your consent selections.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to an Extra Circle text message. You may also text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send a text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the SMS program unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, sign up through our opt-in process as you did the first time.
